1- Do all tours have insurance?
YES, we buy our clients insurance when booking any tours with us.
2- Can I cancel the tour?
YES, as long as you inform us 2 hours before your tour starts. And we will refund you 100% what you have paid. If you book with any of our agencies, and have any problems with your refund, please contact our Hotline/WhatsApp: +84 912 073 422.
3- Do I drive myself when joining tours?
NO, you sit behind our experienced driver
4-How many people can we carry on each e-bike and how much weight can each e-bike carry?
For safety reasons, we only carry 1 person on our bike and the weight limit for each passenger is 120kg. This includes anything you are carrying.
5- Can children join the tours?
As this type of tours are consider as adventure activities with risk, we only sell to those who are 10 years old up
6- Dress-code?
Easy & comfortable clothing and footwear. Shoes or sandals would be sufficient for the short walk required.
7- What happens if it rains?
Weather is not a concern for all our tours. We still operate tours even if it rains. In case it rains, we will provide you with ponchos and carry on our tours.
8- Is it safe to do the trip?
Safety is our top priority for any tours you join with us. All our drivers are experienced & well-trained and we work well together as a team when conducting our tours.
